Below is our Board Work Plan for 2025. I want to thank all of the Directors for your thoughtful response to the Board survey a few weeks ago, and for the additional comments I have received. This plan is a work in progress; we expect to add more details as we coordinate with staff on their work plan for 2025. There may also be some additions to the plan as we welcome 2 new Directors in the next few weeks who will be adding their time and perspectives to the work.
