Dear Colleagues, I am sharing with you a simplified version of the Strategic Outlook. This version - without jargon - was created by Director Altamirano and is intended as a more user-friendly version for folks who are not housing development professionals, policymakers or experienced with these topics. As Directors we know how important it is to communicate our plans and strategy in a way that tenants and stakeholders of all kinds can understand. I invite my fellow Directors and staff to offer edits and comments below. This is a work-in-progress and is not on the Board Agenda, but it is closely aligned with the detailed Strategic Outlook prepared by staff which we will be discussing at this Thursday's meeting.
