Dear Directors,

I have drafted a methodology for setting our annual AIM Pipeline Target. As a reminder, our pipeline metric helps compute our housing supply KPI and is central to how we evaluate the ED. Link to Word doc:

Please provide your feedback to me on this draft methodology by Friday, August 22nd on this forum. This will allow me to present REC and staff with an updated version that allows sufficient time for the methodology to be put in place before the end of the calendar year.
